Compensation: Base Salary + 5% to 10% Performance-Based Commission (Company Vehicle)
We are seeking a motivated, reliable candidate with foundational experience in construction estimating or project coordination. In this dual role, you will price jobs, close contracts, and oversee site operations. You will earn a 5% base commission on every contract closed, with clear performance-based milestones to increase your commission up to 10%. If you bring solid building fundamentals and strong drive, we are fully ready to train the right person.
This position also grants a company vehicle to drive to sites and due work related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates, material takeoffs, and project bids.
- Present proposals and close client contracts (5% starting commission, tiering to 10%).
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, keeping jobs on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee trade crews, subcontractors, and material logistics.
- Enforce strict site safety and quality control standards.

- Practical background in construction estimating, assistant project management, or site supervision.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret scopes of work.
