Summary
We are seeking skilled Restaurant Supervisors to join our client's team. This role is essential for coaching team members to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining operational brand standards. You will lead shifts, set goals, and support the manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach team members in a respectful manner, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Operations: Execute shift deployment plans, ensure food safety standards are met, and manage inventory and cash during your shift.
- Guest Service: Provide excellent service and handle customer complaints or emergencies effectively.
- Management Support: Assist the General Manager with vendor orders, staff training, and restaurant self-assessments.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
- Skills: Basic computer, math, and financial management skills.
- Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Logistics: Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to handle bank deposits and travel to locations within a 30-mile radius.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 55lbs.
