Responsibilities:
-- Attend and service customers at out of shop markets (includes mileage reimbursement) will be loading and unloading product, selling, and working independently.
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Decorate and package finished products for display or catering orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Work together as a team to complete a task
-Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, occassional evenings, and occasional Saturday mornings. Closed on Sundays.
