Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or café environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for food preparation/wellness and sales is highly desirable.
