Member Duties : If you’re passionate about community engagement, systems building, and creating lasting impact, this position gives you the chance to leave a legacy that will benefit UNI students and Cedar Valley nonprofits for years to come. The VISTA will assist in the planning of the UNI Campus Wide Day of Service / campus-wide engagement project. Analyze feedback and data from the inaugural event participation to identify success and friction points. Create a comprehensive planning guide or tool kit with timelines, templates, and marketing strategies for future events. Develop and implement strategies & systems to support organizational participation in the UNI Day of Service. Develop a formal system for organizations to connect with skill-based help during future days of service- How we think about what this looks like for/on campus.
