Visconti's Hospitality Group is seeking experienced, motivated, and hands-on hospitality professionals to join our management team. We are hiring both Front of House (FOH) Managers and Back of House (BOH) Managers at multiple locations throughout Wenatchee and Leavenworth.

Front of House Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Coach, train, and motivate team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor goals
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Work closely with kitchen management to provide a seamless guest experience
Back of House Manager Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Train and develop kitchen team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
- Foster a positive, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences and supporting team success
