Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting B2B (business-to-business) and retail clients.
- Conduct high-end and high-volume sales negotiations, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing deals efficiently.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively.
- Upsell additional features, accessories, or service packages to maximize customer value while meeting their needs.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, demonstrating vehicle features, and ensuring a seamless buying process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and boost sales efforts.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette during outbound calls and follow-up communications to foster trust and rapport.
- Support dealership operations through organizational skills, including retail math calculations for pricing strategies and sales targets.
Experience
- Proven experience retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking or presenting vehicle features confidently to diverse audiences.
- Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory control procedures, and marketing strategies is advantageous.
