As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the enrollment and account management process. The Sales and Customer Service Representative role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing account requests, and supporting key sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional direct customer service.
- Consultative Sales: Identify customer needs and present tailored product and service solutions in person to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Account Support: Manage assigned client accounts by providing personalized support, recommending solutions, and processing sales and enrollment requests.
- Data Integrity: Accurately document client interactions, account updates, and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Collaboration & Growth: Collaborate with other Sales and Customer Service Representatives and participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen customer service and sales skills.
- Market Awareness: Conduct market and customer research to gather feedback, evaluate competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving business customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and a positive client experience.
Qualifications for the Sales and Customer Service Representative role:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field preferred but not required. Direct experience as a Sales and Customer Service Representative is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $51,261.76 - $61,734.59 per year
