About Us
Retro Putt is a brand-new indoor mini golf entertainment venue coming to Green Cove Springs, Florida. Our facility features 36 holes of indoor mini golf with an exciting retro theme inspired by the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. In addition to mini golf, we offer party rooms, snacks, beer and wine sales, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations and help create an exceptional guest experience from the moment we open our doors.
Position Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the business. This individual will lead staff, deliver outstanding customer service, maintain facility standards, oversee scheduling and payroll, manage inventory, and ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, family entertainment centers, retail management, or similar industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the facility
- Increase Sales Growth!
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor labor costs and staffing levels
- Manage inventory for snacks, beverages, merchandise, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special events
- Work closely with ownership to improve operations and profitability
- Track key performance indicators and sales goals
- Help create a positive, energetic workplace culture
Qualifications
- Management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills required
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or family entertainment centers is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
