You’ll oversee day-to-day operations for residential renovation projects — from scheduling crews and ensuring top-quality finishes and on-time completions. You’ll coordinate closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver clean, professional results on every job.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage renovation and tenant-turn projects
- Coordinate and supervise field teams and subcontractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites
- Track budgets, materials, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with ownership and clients
- Use project management tools and technology to maintain documentation and updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction management, residential renovation, or related field
- Working knowledge of trades, building systems, and construction processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
