RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL property maintenance Technicians sought by Property Management Company. We manage properties all around Central Ohio. Multiple positions available based on skills. The ideal candidate will have basic plumbing, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and other home maintenance related experience. Local travel (mostly around Columbus) is normal and mileage is paid for travel. You must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation. VIOLENT OR THEFT RELATED FELONIES NOT CONSIDERED.
