We are hiring a motivated Repair Technician. This role involves repairing damage from wood-destroying organisms and interacting with customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. No experience is required; training and licensing will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Repair Technician bridge our company and clients through outstanding customer service. They travel to appointments, assess pest issues, and implement specialized treatment plans. Technicians recommend actions to prevent future problems, building long-term relationships with customers while protecting their homes and businesses.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Availability for at least 40 hours a week, including some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Branch 2 license
- No prior experience is necessary, as training and licensing will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Performing structural repairs associated with pest control and damage remediation, such as wood repair and exclusion work
- Wildlife removal, including trap setup and sealing entry points
- Complete light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Complete service documentation and production forms
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current with industry standards
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers
- Once inspections have been conducted to identify pest activity, install termite control systems
- Perform physical labor and using a variety of tools/equipment
- Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during service
- Work independently
- Drive a company vehicle safely to customer’s homes and businesses
- Use a handheld device to manage services and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues
- Follow all proper safety guidelines
- Inspect, maintain, and utilize PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Remain up to date on the company’s product and service offerings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders and to navigate close quarters
- Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Schedule
40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
