What You'll Do
As Shipping Manager, you'll lead a team of 3–6 shipping associates while remaining actively involved in the daily operation. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor coaching employees, supporting the team, solving problems, and ensuring orders leave our facility accurately and on time.
You'll serve as the communication link between Order Processing, Inventory Control, and Shipping, helping departments work together efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of customer orders.
