Assert Your Boundaries Counseling is a trauma‑informed, empowerment‑focused group practice serving clients across Oregon. We are expanding and seeking fully licensed clinicians (LPC or LMFT) who want a supportive, collaborative environment with strong clinical leadership, full administrative support, and the flexibility to build a sustainable caseload.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment plans
- Deliver individual, group (if interested), or family therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing mental health challenges
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings
- Uphold trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and ethically grounded care
- Collaborate with team members to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing electronic health records systems for data collection and progress tracking
