American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active licensure by the start date.

Long-term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in a post-acute care environment

8-hour day (AM) shifts

Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Facility is currently transitioning from Cerner to Epic EMR
-
Active LPN/LVN license required by start of assignment (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required

Current BLS certification required

LTC or SNF experience required

2 professional references required for consideration: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years of relevant experience

Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate

Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and require facility approval before being considered
