Full Time Radiologic Technologist
We are seeking a registered Radiologic Technologist to join our busy 7 physician orthopedic office. This role specializes in obtaining high quality diagnostic images to assist our orthopedic providers in caring for patients. No weekends, no call!
Hours are generally 8:15 am to 5 pm Mon-Thurs and Fridays alternate between 8:15 am to 4 pm and 8:15 to 1 pm (every other).
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging specific to orthopedic protocols
- Ensure appropriate imaging techniques are used based on patient condition, age and mobility
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal clarity
- Practice strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines for patients and staff
- Must be able to assist in lifting/moving patients
- Assist clinical staff in supporting patient flow as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification
- Proficiency in PACS, EPIC and DR systems is a plus!
