Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Carpenter to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple areas of carpentry and is comfortable working independently as well as alongside a crew.
Our projects vary from remodels and renovations to new construction, including both residential and commercial work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and can confidently complete a variety of carpentry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, finish/trim carpentry, siding, door and window installation, and other general carpentry work
- Complete remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects
- Read and interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, fixtures, and hardware
- Assist with drywall, flooring, and other general construction tasks as needed
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise on the jobsite
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company and jobsite safety procedures
- Complete work to company quality standards and project timelines
Qualifications
- Previous professional carpentry/construction experience required
- Strong experience with framing and general carpentry
- Experience with finish/trim carpentry, siding, doors, windows, and remodeling
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install materials
- Ability to follow plans and instructions with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety
