Inside Sales Representative – Spa & Beauty Equipment

SkinAct is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
We are an established professional spa and beauty equipment company serving spas, med spas, salons, beauty schools, hotels, and other businesses nationwide. We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, confident on the phone, great at following up, and motivated to close deals and earn commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales calls, emails, website leads, and customer inquiries
- Follow up on quotes, leads, abandoned carts, and previous customers
- Recommend products and equipment based on customer needs
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively contact customers to generate additional sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products and equipment
- Maintain consistent follow-up and close open opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable selling high-ticket products
- Persistent and organized with follow-ups
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- B2B, inside sales, beauty, medical equipment, furniture, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Competitive hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission + performance bonuses.

We are looking for ambitious salespeople who want to build a long-term career, grow their customer base, and have the opportunity to earn $70,000–$100,000+ per year based on performance.
