Caring Cove Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide/Personal Care Giver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care In the Summit County area. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in a home setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and clean environment while promoting independence in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care by assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety.
- Light housekeeping. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living space to promote a healthy environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
Requirements
- Previous experience in patient care or home care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be able to maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is a plus but not required at the time of application.
