We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with both hand and power tools, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety; conduct necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all service work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients regarding pool maintenance schedules, issues, and recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Stay updated on the latest pool maintenance techniques and technologies to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair is essential.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
