About the Position
We're a growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Associate to engage with homeowners, respond to inbound inquiries, nurture leads, and help turn conversations into signed contracts.
This is a relationship-focused inside sales position where strong communication, consistent follow-up, and a positive attitude are key to success. You'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience while contributing directly to company growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and phone inquiries.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with prospective sellers.
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments and explain the next steps in the process.
- Keep CRM records accurate with notes, updates, and follow-up activities.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline through consistent outreach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure transactions move efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist with transaction support and additional administrative projects as needed.
- Help ensure clients receive excellent service from first contact through closing.

Qualifications
- Real estate license not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call-based role preferred.

- Experience using a CRM is a plus, but training is available.
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
