We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our Employment/Labor Law Litigation Department.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be an attorney admitted to practice in California and registered with the California State Bar
- Experience in Employment/Labor Law
- Ability to work on cases independently and with a team
- Quick and effective research skills to form legal strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in a timely and accurate manner
- Developing strong strategies to resolve cases in favorable and cost-effective manner
- Representing and defending the client's rights in court
- Conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench and jury trials
- Researching various aspects of the case to support client's claims
- Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws
Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
