Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking a customer-focused and professional In-Room Dining Attendant to provide exceptional dining service to hotel guests. The successful candidate will ensure orders are prepared, delivered, and presented promptly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Receive and process guest in-room dining orders accurately.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation.

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a courteous and professional manner.

Set up and clear dining trays and tables as requested.

Ensure all orders meet hotel quality and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD service area.

Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in hotel food and beverage or restaurant service is an asset.
