Aesthetic Center of New Jersey is a luxury medical spa with two New Jersey locations, specializing in advanced, results-driven aesthetics treatments and known for a reputation of excellence. We're looking for a full time Patient Experience Coordinator (a front desk and concierge role) to be the first voice and face our patients encounter: on the phone, at check-in, and throughout their visit.

What you'll do:
- Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests with warmth and polish, true to a luxury hospitality standard
- Answer high call and text volume in an elevated, hospitable tone. This is a phone-heavy customer service role
- Confidently answer patient questions about aesthetics treatments and technologies (training provided)
- Schedule appointments in person, by phone, and by text message
- Keep organized, accurate patient records
- Support inventory tracking and product ordering
- Contribute to Instagram/social media content (photos, video, captions)
- Partner closely with providers and management to keep both locations running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Full-time availability: Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm/7pm.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or guest services role (front desk, concierge, medical receptionist, hospitality, or similar)
- Excellent phone etiquette and a genuinely upbeat, hospitable personality
- Experience in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office is a strong plus. If you have it, we want to hear about it; if you don't, we'll train you
- Comfortable with high call/text volume and juggling multiple priorities at once
