Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Direct Services
Little Bridge Behavioral Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Antonio, TX.
Location: On-site (In-Home Services)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099 Contract
Pay: $70–$80 per hour (based on experience)

No RBT supervision required. The assigned BCBA provides all direct ABA treatment, allowing for greater consistency of care and stronger client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy services.
- Conduct behavioral assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Adhere to BACB ethical standards and Texas licensing requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Professional liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience as a BCBA.
- Experience providing direct ABA services.
