We are seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Telephone Sales Representatives to help homeowners learn about the benefits of solar energy and schedule appointments with our Solar Consultants.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Qualify prospects and identify homeowner interest
- Explain the benefits of solar energy in a clear and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience
