JustPaid is a startup on a mission with a focus on changing the world through modernizing finance infrastructure and tools. We are building the financial operating system for the next generation of companies selling things to companies.

This role is for someone who loves to learn, loves to build, and cares deeply about craft. Someone who can think through hard problems, write clean code, and isn't afraid to make decisions. Titles matter less than impact here.

The Problem We're Solving

JustPaid exists because founders, executives, startups and finance teams are drowning in financial time-sucking tasks. Sales contracts are messy, billing models are fragmented, cash flow is unpredictable and the tools meant to help are outdated, expensive, and slow.

The financial stack today is broken.

We are looking for individuals who want to build something that actually matters—not just another dashboard, not just another crappy app, but real infrastructure that sits at the core of how modern companies make and collect money.

What You'll Do

You will work directly with the founders. You will implement customers. You will own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end that enable customers to become successful. Your work will be in the hands of real customers quickly, and their feedback will shape what we build next. You will help to make every customer love the company, helping them get onboarded and trained. All customer data will be imported by you.

Build customer importing tools used daily by finance teams and founders
Work across the stack and touch real production systems
Collaborate closely with customers daily to make sure they are using the platform
Help define technical direction as the company grows

Interview Process

You will start with a Zoom conversation with the team and founders to see if there is a fit.

Instead of long, drawn out interview loops, we keep things simple. We may ask you to hack on something you are genuinely excited about. It can be anything—a side project, an experiment, a prototype, or a tool you already love. If you prefer, you can also walk us through your GitHub and the work you are proud of.

We move fast and respect your time. Decisions are made quickly and without unnecessary steps.
