Qualifications and Skills:
- As daily visits commence each day, caregiver supervisor address any matters client or caregivers have regarding daily matters.
- Daily, the caregiver supervisor reviews the day before visits to confirm compliance.
- Bring to date all required documentation for all clients and caregivers in our software management platform.
- Caregiver supervisor will maintain all agency and state required supervisor visits.
- Caregiver supervisor will maintain agency’s meet and greet, first visit shadowing, and software management fulfillment.
- Caregiver supervisor will be designated as back-up for potential missed visits, schedule changes.
- Caregiver supervisor will be first line of contact for all caregivers.
- Caregiver supervisor will be available for contact with clients.
