AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet directly with customers to set up new wireless services and upgrades
- Process orders and ensure accurate account setup
- Answer questions and recommend the best plans/devices
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and transfers
- Build relationships to create repeat and referral customers
- Learn how to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
