What You'll Do
This role is built for someone who loves organized, detail-driven work and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be the engine that keeps our orders moving accurately and efficiently. You'll work directly with clients to gather, complete, and prepare the documentation needed to register their vehicles.
- Coordinate with clients to collect, complete, and verify the documents required to register their vehicles
- Review ownership history and documentation to ensure every title transfer is clean and complete
- Process and prepare paperwork and documentation for client orders
- Scan, organize, and route incoming mail and documents
- Communicate with clients via our CRM system
- Monitor order status and proactively update clients throughout the process
- Coordinate with state agencies and third-party services to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate digital records across all active orders
- Assist with general office operations and support the team as needed

Experience We're Looking For
The hardest part of this job is understanding chain of ownership: tracing how a vehicle has legally passed from one owner to the next, and making sure every link in that chain is properly documented. If you've done title work in real estate (title companies, escrow, closings) or with vehicles (dealerships, DMV/tag work, fleet titling), you already understand this, and you'll have a real edge.
That kind of experience is what we want most, so if you have it, make sure we know. If you don't but you're exceptionally detail-oriented and a fast learner, we still encourage you to apply. The rest of the job is teachable for the right person, but a head for chain of ownership is what sets the strongest candidates apart.
