Summary
We are seeking a Door Person to join our team at The Honi-Honi Bar. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and conduct of our guests and staff while providing a warm welcome to everyone who enters. Located in Deep Creek Lake, this position plays a vital role in enhancing our customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Honi.
- Ensure all guests present proper ID.
- Monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure safety.
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
- Assist with any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform regular surveillance of the premises to deter theft or misconduct.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Trustworthy with strong character traits.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
