Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Eccles School. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment.
This role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn new systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet a variety of deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Prior experience with university or campus administrative systems is a plus. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment, effectively communicates, and who brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.
Responsibilities
Assist with all faculty hiring and review processes
Complete the hiring process and manage timecards for TAs/Ras
Provide guidance to faculty regarding school and university policies and procedures
Assist with class scheduling and curriculum updates as needed
Process reimbursements and purchase requests for faculty
Assist with faculty travel arrangements as needed
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus one year of directly related experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
