Job Description
Our team of independent contractor pharmacists works directly with employers, healthcare plan members, PBMs and suppliers to ensure plan members get the medications they need at the lowest cost.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong member relationships to develop trust, enhance member experience, and patient satisfaction.
- Support members throughout the medication fulfillment process by answering questions and providing information to facilitate a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with members and healthcare providers to coordinate enrollment in patient assistance programs to access financial support resources.
- Track medication refill timelines and communicate with members to ensure timely refills, promote adherence, and prevent interruptions in their treatment.
