Who We're Looking For
- Agricultural Sales Professionals – You understand the agricultural industry and have experience working with producers, farmers, ranchers, or ag retailers.

- Industry Experience Strongly Preferred – Previous agricultural equipment, farm equipment, ag retail, seed, chemical, precision agriculture, or related agricultural sales experience is strongly preferred.
Your Role
- Grow market share and increase equipment sales throughout your assigned territory.
- Represent and promote CLAAS agricultural equipment and related product lines.
- Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct on-farm visits, equipment demonstrations, and customer consultations.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Precision Agriculture teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed on local agricultural trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Spend the majority of your time in the field working directly with customers.
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural sales, farm equipment, ag retail, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of farming operations and agricultural equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
