We are looking for residential HVAC install contractor paid per project or we can do paid per day work looking for highly skilled guys! We supply all the parts and materials. All you have to do is install! We will provide company provided T-shirts as well when you’re on the job sites and all materials to make sure the job is 100% done correctly enough to the Texas code.
We are based at a Frisco Texas. We work within a 60 mile radius of Frisco, Texas.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Install Contractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency. Duties
- Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems according to schematics and design specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues using electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting techniques, and hand tools
- Conduct system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency across mechanical and electrical systems
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate installation and repair procedures
- Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, and water supply connections
- Utilize welding skills when necessary for ductwork or equipment fabrication and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards including EPA regulations for refrigerants and proper handling of ammonia refrigeration systems
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC system installation and repair
- Service technician experience with a focus on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or property maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, building automation systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification preferred
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in electrical diagnostics or ammonia refrigeration are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently
