About the Role
As a Warranty Claims Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for managing the full lifecycle of warranty claims, ensuring seamless communication between internal technical teams and external partners. You will play a vital role in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency by validating claims and driving timely resolutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end warranty claim process, from initial intake and eligibility validation to final resolution and closure.

Facilitate the return, replacement, and material recovery process by coordinating closely with supply chain and logistics departments.

Maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity within enterprise systems to ensure accurate reporting and financial accountability.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including engineering, quality, and finance, to resolve complex service inquiries.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as claim cycle times, to identify process improvements and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Oversee supplier warranty recovery activities, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and properly documented.
Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in warranty administration, service operations, or a related supply chain role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP or CRM platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional customer service.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related technical field.

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar enterprise-level service management software.

Prior experience in post-delivery service support or technical equipment maintenance environments.

Proven ability to interpret complex warranty policies and apply them consistently across diverse scenarios.
