The Home & Office Cleaner is an important role in ensuring that client homes and businesses are clean, safe, and comfortable for their families, guests, and employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform standard cleaning procedures such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Safely clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, break rooms, offices, and work spaces.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Responds to client needs and requests.
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adheres to Arradian Company Guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Communicates issues to management.
- Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable method of transportation to job sites.
- Smart phone for task lists and photos.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
- Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
