We are seeking vigilant and proactive Security Officers to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective conflict management, and prompt emergency response. Your dedication to safety and security will ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors; authorize entry as appropriate.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
- Handle conflict management situations professionally, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring law enforcement intervention or emergency services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation strategies.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
