JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
Job Summary - Essential Functions/Duties
Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties:
- Assembles, organizes, and manages proposal preparation teams, plans and manages all required meetings, provides training and direction, assigns specific responsibilities, monitors performance of team members, and provides corrective action as required
- Attends customer meetings/seminars, as necessary to respond to requirements
- Develops and manages the proposal schedule to meet all milestones.

Working Conditions
Usually in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds), constant sitting, significant use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning and organizing skills, and be able to work under deadlines. Occasional work performance in a field environment involving remote locations, warehouse environments, flight line environments, machining and manufacturing environments, and outdoor assignments. Ability to travel using various means of government or contractor transportation.

These specific requirements will be detailed in the job posting. Also, JT4 employees will only operate equipment that they have been fully trained on and/or certified to operate. If working in a training capacity, employees must be supervised at all times by a competent trained or certified company employee. Under no circumstances should employees use another employee's equipment without permission from their immediate supervisor or manager. Conversely, employees should not allow other JT4 employees or employees of another employer to use JT4 owned or assigned equipment without proof of training and approval of the shop manager.
Requirements - Education, Technical, and Work Experience
Associates degree or equivalent education or a minimum of two years related technical or business experience, one of which must have interfaced with quality control/quality assurance methodology
In addition, a QA/PI Specialist I must possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to learn and use other software applications is required.
