As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting leading payer and provider organizations nationwide, partnering on critical Healthcare IT initiatives and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT/Technical roles within Healthcare Technology
- Partner closely with our internal account team to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
- Source, qualify, and place high-caliber candidates in a competitive market
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using ATS, CRM tools, and proactive sourcing strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed recruiting metrics and performance goals
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Technical/IT recruiting experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly competitive mindset with a “win” mentality
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven approach
