HDR Auto Service is a growing, family owned automotive repair shop looking for a motivated and customer focused Service Advisor to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor or an experienced Automotive Technician looking to transition into a service advisor role, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services.
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repairs.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
- Process invoices and collect payments.
- Build long term relationships with customers through honest communication and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong automotive knowledge is required.
- Automotive technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
