This role is for a hands-on, execution-first Chief Operating Officer who runs the machine, enforces standards, and makes plans actually happen across multiple locations.

What You Will Own
- Full ownership of day-to-day operations across multiple locations
- Direct leadership of senior leaders and leaders of leaders
- Authority to hire, fire, restructure, and upgrade leadership
- Accountability for operational performance, timelines, and results
- Standardizing operations and enforcing company-wide expectations
- Building and running a tight operating cadence
- Significant field presence to diagnose reality vs. reports
- Driving execution through resistance to change
- Making difficult decisions quickly and directly
This role carries real authority and real accountability.
Work Expectations
This is not a 9–5 role.
- Heavy field presence across the Southeast
- Early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work when needed
- Comfort operating in pressure situations and transition periods
Who This Role Is For

Experience operating businesses in the $50M–$250M range (or equivalent scale in lower-margin, multi-unit industries) is preferred.

This role reports directly to ownership and has autonomy to make decisions aligned with ownership’s vision.
Compensation & Benefits
