Contribute to our communities by helping the Utah Office of Recovery Services (ORS) in their mission to promote responsibility, by providing child support services and support for children in care to help ensure parents are financially responsible for their children. ORS also helps ensure public funds are used appropriately through the efforts of our Bureau of Medical Collections.
Qualifications

Proficiency in a technology-driven environment with intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Exceptional ability to multi-task and quickly make decisions.

Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to assist people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism, without prejudice or bias.

Ability to effectively contact individuals or organizations to secure delinquent payments, and/or arrange payment plans for money owed.

Effectively interpret, clarify, explain and apply agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal or state laws, and regulations.
