⭐Sign-on bonus $2,500 (First half paid after 3 months, and second half after completing 6 months)
This is not a “watch-the-clock” maintenance position. This is a critical production support role where your skills directly impact output, efficiency, and product quality.
You’ll work on
- High-speed production lines
- 480-volt 3 phase power systems
- Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Servo systems
- I/O and machine controls
- Preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- eMaintenance CMMS Collection Data
If you enjoy diagnosing problems, getting equipment back online quickly, and working with both mechanical and electrical systems — this role will keep you challenged and engaged.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair bakery manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Support production during live operations
- Complete building and facility maintenance projects
- Accurately document maintenance work and PM activities
- Work 8 or 10-hour shifts.
- This position may require overtime hours, based on business needs.
- Support weekend operations when scheduled
This is an on-your-feet, hands-on production floor role.
What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 3 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience
✔ Technical certification/training in Maintenance Mechanic & Electrical highly preferred
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
✔ Independent decision-making skills
✔ Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work nights and weekends
✔Bakery or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
