Registered Nurse (RN) & Senior Laser Practitioner
Job Summary
Body Slim Regenerative Health & Aesthetics is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) who is also licensed in Georgia as a Senior Laser Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is a leadership-focused position that combines patient care, medical aesthetics, wellness medicine, and practice growth. While our two experienced Medical Estheticians perform the majority of our aesthetic treatments, you will serve as the clinic's overseeing RN and Senior Laser Practitioner, ensuring appropriate medical oversight while helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include administering our GLP-1 weight loss and peptide therapy programs, conducting consultations with new and existing patients, educating patients on treatment options, assisting with laser treatments when needed, and helping convert prospective patients into long-term clinic patients through outstanding education and customer service.
This role also includes answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-up calls, assisting at the front desk when needed, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. We are a highly collaborative practice where every team member contributes to creating an exceptional patient experience. No task is considered too small or too large. Everyone lends a hand.

Responsibilities
· Administer GLP-1 weight loss medications and peptide therapies under physician protocols.
· Conduct comprehensive consultations with new and existing patients.
· Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and ongoing care.
· Help convert prospective patients into long-term clinic patients through education and relationship building.
· Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls professionally to support patient retention and practice growth.
· Assist with patient scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-up communication.
· Work at the front desk as needed to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
· Collaborate closely with our Medical Estheticians and providers to coordinate patient care.
· Assist with laser procedures and maintain compliance with Georgia Composite Medical Board requirements.
· Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with HIPAA and clinical standards.
· Support day-to-day clinic operations and help wherever needed.
Qualifications
· Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
· Current Georgia Senior Laser Practitioner license as required by the Georgia Composite Medical Board (required).
· Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness medicine, weight loss, regenerative medicine, or a related specialty preferred.
· Experience administering injectable medications.
· Excellent communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong phone skills with confidence handling inbound and outbound patient calls.
· Professional appearance with exceptional customer service.
· Highly organized, dependable, punctual, and reliable.
· Team-first attitude with a willingness to help in every aspect of clinic operations.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
