Salary Range: $45.78 – $82.98 per hour
Actual compensation is based on education, experience, training, seniority, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. In this role, you will provide direct, high-acuity patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs

Accurately document patient care in accordance with established standards
-
Delegate and direct care to other team members based on scope and competency
-
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality care
-
Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
-
Support and maintain hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
-
Engage in ongoing education and professional development
-
Perform other duties as assigned
- Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience (within the last 36 months)

Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing
- Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
-
Required within 6 months:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
-
NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
- Strong understanding of age-specific patient care
-
Ability to foster a patient- and family-centered care environment
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to interpret and apply hospital policies and procedures
-
Basic computer proficiency
-
Sound clinical judgment in high-pressure situations
- Safely assist with patient handling (up to 35 lbs. without equipment)

Push/pull medical equipment up to 45 lbs.
-
Perform CPR for extended durations when needed
-
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and movement
-
Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Exposure to biohazards, body fluids, and airborne particles
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting
- Adequate vision and hearing (corrective devices permitted)

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
