Powersports Sales Specialist Alaska Cycle Center – Anchorage, AK
Compensation: $35,000 – $60,000+ per year (base + performance incentives)

Alaska Cycle Center is a multi-brand powersports dealership serving Alaska riders. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with customers and building long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who is goal-driven, organized, and enjoys helping customers choose the right machine for Alaska’s unique riding conditions.
What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the purchase of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmachines
- Provide product knowledge and recommend equipment based on customer needs
- Maintain attractive showroom displays
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Follow up with customers and build repeat business
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in powersports or outdoor recreation
- Ability to learn dealership systems and product information
- Valid driver’s license
We are looking for someone that takes pride in being dependable, arrives on time and maintains consistent attendance.
Schedule
Full-time — Tuesday through Saturday
