Responsibilities:
· Scheduling of technician jobs to ensure maximum time management
· Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed
· Enforce customer experience initiatives
· Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner
· Answer and route phone calls effectively
· Perform and support all data entry duties associated with customer account setup and maintenance and processing work/sales orders
· Perform and support all duties associated with Accounts Receivable/Payable, Collections, and Inventory/Purchasing
· Open willingness to continual learning
· Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
· Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
· Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
Education and Experience Requirements:
· previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative support preferred
· knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – Microsoft Office Suite and database management
· knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· knowledge of business principles
· proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
· proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
· proven experience in information and communication management
