This position is a great opportunity for someone that wants to install hardscapes and doesn't want to oversee a crew, or for an individual that has some hardscape experience and wants to develop into a crew leader, eventually supervising their own crew.
- Install various hardscapes including Unilock pavers and retaining walls, natural stone walkways, patios and walls.
- Organize hardscape projects from start to finish.
- Set grades for hardscape projects.
- Use all equipment in an appropriate manner
- Operate Bobcat and mini-excavator efficiently and effectively.
- 2 to 3 years experience on a landscape construction crew preferred with 1 year doing hardscape installation.
- Bobcat or mini-excavator experience is a plus.
- Plant knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to arrive on time and ready to work every day.
- Clean driver's license required.
