Job Summary
Digital Success Media is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, working directly to understand their business needs, develop tailored strategies, and manage campaigns that drive real results. This position offers excellent growth potential for someone passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners succeed while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, scheduling and conducting regular strategic calls and meetings
- Gather detailed information about client business needs, goals, target audiences, and unique value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized, results-driven campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Monitor campaign progress and analytics, providing clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendations
- Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance
- Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
